Scope: Practical help, documentation, and guided implementation. I do not act as the primary admin for Okta, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or servers.

Excluded Work: No Shopify work. No DNS/email deliverability consulting (no SPF/DKIM/DMARC auditing).

Scheduling: Business hours only; no 24/7 or incident response.

Privacy: Minimal data access; NDA available; I avoid storing client data whenever possible.

Revisions: One round of edits included per deliverable unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: 50% upfront to book and schedule; 50% upon delivery. Invoices issued electronically.

Changes: Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before work.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice required; otherwise session fees may apply.
